"Clean and central, but uncomfortably small and overpriced for Orestiada."

The apartment is conveniently located in the center of Orestiada, right above a main street. It was clean and had a small balcony, although without any view.

However, the space was extremely small—locals even mentioned it was originally designed as storage. Given the size and the location (not a high-demand area), the price feels quite unjustified.

Good price and close to the center

I had to do some repairs to the bed myself, also the balcony door was dirty.
