Elegant one bedroom apartment with terrace in uptown Portomaso DDIF1-4

Rewelacyjna lokalizacja, bardzo dobrze wyposażony apartament. Idealny jako baza wypadowa, ale też w centrum tętniącego miasta, blisko wszędzie.

Casa molto accogliente, letto comodissimo, suddivisione della casa in modo impeccabile , tutto pulitissimo e proprietari disponibilissimi alle mie richieste.

Second time at this lovely apartment. Only blemish last time was the water pressure but the hosts have improved this no end making the total experience perfect.

No negative comments.

The location was great, near bus stops, cafes, restaurants and bars, but still quiet (in my flat anyway) at night. The flat was comfortable, modern, well equipped and spacious with everything you needed.

Collecting the key from a different location was a minor inconvenience, but not a big problem.

The location is awesome, super close to everything, and in a nice, quiet spot. But it's also really close to the center where you can grab a bite and walk around, and near the water for some chill time. The apartment itself is big, cute, and has a really comfy bed.

They really need to clean up a bit more. We couldn't use the AC in the heat, and even after asking for help, it still didn't work. Good thing there were extra blankets. The shower pressure is super weak, which makes showering pretty annoying.

Great location to be near endless restaurants and bars (walkable). Very lively & busy. The space was large for 2 people. Bed was comfortable, AC worked great. When ordering a bolt or uber, we had no issues with pick up or drop off. Just do your research in what area of the island will best suit your plans. This location worked well for us. And of note, it is definitely a younger crowd in this area.

The refrigerator & a few other appliances were off when we arrived, we didn’t know where the switch to turn on that portion of the electricity was (we thought it was broken). The refrigerated smelled very bad. It took a while before a maintenance person showed up, he spent a while trying to troubleshoot the problem then he eventually found a very hidden switch to turn on the electricity (I don’t think he had been to this unit before). The bathroom also had a VERY bad smell and that really didn’t go away throughout our time. Retrieving and dropping off the key is just kind of a hassle as others have mentioned. The instructions are thorough so we were able to find it and it was daylight. It just adds a little extra time and planning to pick up/drop off. There is only 1 key, so if traveling with a friend and separate at any time, you have to coordinate that as well.
