The location is very will situated, Lidl store is within 15 minutes walk. The city center of Meersburg is 20 minutes walk away (3 minutes by car). Parking is right in front of the location, can't get better than that really. The area is fairly quiet.

What did become kinda bothersome after the second day, was the person above us either has a small child (can't do anything about that) or someone who walks rather heavy footed. There were moments where it was questionable what activity was taking place above us.
