Key was not there at time guest arrived as an early booking in time had been arranged however Dave got them there within minutes and kept the information coming on the phone.

Perhaps a little more detail with the vacuuming prior to book in and leaving some cleaning agents there for guests to keep the property in good order. Extended the stay by two days for the client so that sums the stay up very well. Thank you
