Clean, comfortable and super convenient location. Check in and check out procedures were really clear.

Excellent location about 80mtrs from the post office end of Bourke St mall. Well heated, very roomy, good kitchen area (small), secure. The queen size bed is NOT a split type that converts into 2 singles. Excellent location for the trams on Elizabeth, Bourke, and Swanson Streets, and inside the free city area,

This is a building inside a building(heritage or something), which means uneven floors. As a result, the bed slopes downward slightly. Most of the room was clean, except behind the bed head, and on top of the bathroom area...a lot of dust as we found out. The view you see out the window to the courtyard is all enclosed above as the is another building above...don't expect to see any gardens. The kitchen only has one power point on the wrong side of the sink, which makes it a challenge to plug in a toaster.
