Good space for a family and proximity to train station and shops. Good interior and comfy beds.

Confusing check in times, check-out times between that stated by Booking.com and information provided by host. Host was very rude when this was pointed out and did not appreciate feedback.

Location perfect with plenty of options for trams. We were going to footy at Marvel Stadium so easy walk.

very spacious, natural lighting was fantastic! having two bathrooms was just such a bonus!!

can’t say a bad thing

Right in the city, fairly quiet for its location, good security, good heating, nice outdoor area, strong shower (although one made a strange noise when the water was running so we didn’t use it), lovely light, bright living area, well equipped kitchen, good number of clothes hangers, Apple TV remote.

Some fittings seemed a bit cheap, toilet roll holders were falling out of the walls (this was mentioned in another review from August and still not fixed), one of the showers wasn’t usable as it made a loud noise, bed was a bit soft for us but others may like this, would have been nice to have a tiny milk carton in fridge as we arrived late.

The accommodation was above our expectations. Very clean and excellent location. Will happily book again on a return visit.

Great location, comfortable bed. Nice spacious living area. Quality apartment block, feeling of safety. Heating worked well. Quiet. Kitchen well provisioned including some consumables.

The property requires some general maintenance such as fixing the toilet roll holders, fixing the misaligned toilet seat, and serious clean of stains in the carpet. Other issues include the ensuite shower floods on to the floor with every use, ventilation in the ensuite was poor (we had to put our towels in the dryer each day to allow use the following day), and the quality of the towels were questionable. Whilst there were plenty of bin liners, the quality of them meant you had to use two each time. Also, there was no clean chux and other dishwashing items which meant the use of a very dirty old chux (after we washed it thoroughly). There were used kitchen gloves and other items under the kitchen sink - a general look of untidiness and uncleanliness in this area. The master bedroom is very tight fitting and there are no drawers in either bedroom. There was a hole in the sheet on the double bed. Instructions for the property were stuffed into a drawer with extra paperwork - putting these into an easy to access binder would be very helpful. We felt the property clean was a bit perfunctory.
