Apartment size, the amazing views, ease of off-street parking, convenient location, great staff. Champagne on arrival was a nice touch.

A few maintenance issues, cracked bathroom sink, dead outdoor plants, sun damaged outdoor chairs. Glass table is impossible to keep clean and there were finger marks all over it. I'd replace it with a timber one. TV cabinet is pretty useless, always open so the doors protruding into the room all time. I'd take it out and install a really big TV. A few small issues that are not a big deal but would make the experience even better. Dishwasher emptied before incoming guests arrive. An ironing board. Some bottled water in the fridge.
