Our stay was amazing, was sad to leave, everything we needed for our young family and comfortable to keep the kids happy. Was great to be able to cook meals instead of just living off takeaway while needing to be in Melbourne for a Family Medical Emergency. Even with a last minute booking, although we were moved to another apartment due to last minute booking and bed arrangements but definitely no arguments on the change. The personal check in is great so your not stressing over talking to various people and trying to get in contact with someone. Will definitely be looking into Exclusive Stays whenever we may need accommodation in Melbourne again.
