If you are unable to provide a transaction screenshot, a photo of the card used to pay (showing only the last 4 digits and cardholder name) may be requested to confirm that you are authorized to use the card. Before your check in: Complete the check in form to help us prepare for your stay and make your arrival smooth. For self check in property, you can access the property through a Smary DoorLock-KeyNest Store nearby-lockbox. To make your check in as easy as possible, please inform us of your estimated arrival time, so we can ensure everything is ready for you. For guest screening and verification, we will kindly ask for a photo of your ID and a payment evidence. This is part of our easy and secure self check in process. To verify payment, a screenshot of the payment transaction from your bank or payment provider (not from the booking platform). If this cannot be provided, a phoyo of the card used to pay showing only the last 4 digitis and cardholder name may be required. "Convenient location, but would not be my first choice for another stay in Melbourne"

We liked the convenient location in Brighton & that the apartment was on ground floor at rear of property & so it was quiet; we liked having 2 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms. We liked the secure, free undercover parking. We were able to walk to nearby restaurants & cinema. The reason for our stay was to play golf at RMGC which was only a 15 minute drive away.

We could not find the lock box with key when we arrived to check in at 2pm as the cleaner was still in the apartment with it. She did not speak English & so communication was difficult. We didn’t find any breakfast provided. We didn’t like the large open bag of sugar & the large open box of tea bags & large jar of coffee. These basic items should all be individually wrapped for single use. The same applies to the large bottles of shower gel & shampoo in bathroom. It is not hygienic to share these opened items/products with other guests & definitely not Covid-19 safe. A lot more thought must be given to making the apartment Covid safe. We could not find an ironing board although there was an iron. We didn’t like being bombarded with emails asking us not to throw things from the balcony although we were on the ground floor with no balcony! There was no bedside reading light in the second bedroom. The leg on the sofa looked like it was about to fall off. The clock in the living room needed a new battery.
