The location is great, and assistance with quick responses!

Good location on tram route, short walk to trains and Lygon St eateries. Good kitchen and bathroom facilities, everything you'd expect from a one bedroom apartment.

Slightly out of the way to collect key from internet cafe, but that allowed easy late check-in so it has its advantages. Had to look at several emails to consolidate check-in process info, so maybe look at tidying this up a bit, but no big deal. Bit of outside noise from fan otside near bedroom window and karaoke bar over the road but not bad for CBD.

The microwave doesn’t work, hard to access, $500 deposits is crazy, late check in and early check out and there is no option for a late check out at all

Location is good, close to many big mall and close to scape la trobe.

Room is small, incomplete cooking and eating utensils. There are only 2 towels, room slippers are not provided. Shower's water is not stable, suddenly it can be hot and cold. To enter, you have to take the house key in a place that is quite far

When we going to check in, we have to get the key first in a place that is a bit.

New and moderen decoration, close to China Town and Tramway without being noisy

Very inconvenient to have to get key from far away (over 12 minutes walk). Small apartment with bed, small sofa, small TV, minimum provision of cooking utensils and kitchenware,. Ventilation is not available in the bedroom and so must keep the bedroom door/window open.
