It was dirty and very smelly. Sheets and pillows were not washed properly or at all. The kitchen was very dirty. Bathrooms were very filthy. Overall, the place was not clean properly or at all.

We are from country Qld, so the noise from the highway got us. After the first night, it was fine.

I liked nothing about this place.

Everything, the host was incredibly rude and unfair. The entire place was dirty and unclean, there were dishes in the cupboard that were filthy when they were supposed to be clean and ready to use. The bedding was not good quality, the fitted sheet was full of pilling (so it was not smooth to lay on at all. The room didn’t have a good smell when I first arrived, overall nothing was cleaned properly, things were dirty (so didn’t use most things, like dishes etc, seeing some dirty dishes put me off wanting to cook) and one of the showers had hair left in it and bits of old soap on the ground. The actual condiments provided to use were all open and most home brand (which there is nothing wrong with but for what you pay for the place, your expect it to be nicer and unopened things you’re allowed to use all of). I would have been charged if I had used up all of any of the condiments that were already open. Was a terrible experience and an incredibly big rip off, not even worth a quarter of the price that is advertised for it. I stayed in the Ibis hotel the night I checked out of Heart of Crown and my experience with everything from cleanliness to staff and amenities were 10X better than the apartment room advertised that rips people off.

The key was outside the building, in a key box beside the street. It's very convenience to get it.

The host arrived late with our keys with no explanation, we arrived into the room to only find it dirty with crumbs on the kitchen bench, hair in the bed sheets and showers, and sticky stuff all over the place. The manager came and met us to discuss our concerns where we were met with no refund as we didn’t feel comfortable staying anymore and that he had other customers sitting in dirty apartments at the moment that still needed to be cleaned and told us that there was no chance they or booking.com will be providing a refund. The host was looking at our shopping and asking us about our purchases from Victoria secret underwear (absolutely unnecessary and gross behaviour). I highly do not recommend anyone to stay with these people, they are the definition of a scam. We had to book another hotel the night of so that we could sleep somewhere (Mantra down the road was a much more pleasant stay). Do not give this company any money, you will be guaranteed to be disappointed.
