Location, pools and unit were fantastic

What a spectacular resort. Our room was amazing and we had the most relaxing escape. Pool divine! Swim up bar amazing!

We loved that Palm Cove Beach Club is nestled in a truly stunning location. Its array of pools—including the spa pool and beach-style pool—provided us with great choices for relaxation. The swim-up pool bar is a standout feature and sets it apart from other Palm Cove properties, making it an enticing option for seeking leisure and relaxation.

1.The beach pool could be maintained at a higher level. It was not as clean as I would have expected, given the brand falls under ‘Peppers’ properties. 2. Not sure what your process is, although when ordering food/drinks by the pool not once did we have our plates picked up by staff. We returned them ourselves and in some instances we noted in other areas they were left all day. That is a specific that we felt was disappointing as cleanliness and hygiene are a big factor. 3. Whilst we could not fault the pool bar staff as they were terrific, in many instances they were very much under pressure and the wait time to order was lengthy, therefore extra support should be provided. 4. I found a couple of the ‘female’ reception staff quite short at times. They are the face of your business and heavily contribute to the travellers decision on repeat purchase. 5. We booked an apartment that was privately managed (I inadvertently did this I did not realise until after it was booked). There was a distinct attitude difference when I approached the reception staff of any questions and was quickly reminded ‘your in a ‘private managed apartment’ like we were not valued. If it falls under the Peppers location / brand we should be treated the same.

Good size with the two joint apartments

Very disappointed with the Doona in the spa bedroom, had dried blood all over it. Also couldn't get into the shop safe to return keys on departure, we should have been able to just leave the keys in the room regardless. Room needs a vacuum to keep it clean, and also would have liked extra towels. Also annoying that we had to get rid of our own rubbish
