Pool are and location is fantastic

Rooms dated and needed to be maintained better.

From a far, the location and pools are amazing. Access to the shops and restaurants is very handy.

All the furniture in the rooms is dated and on the verge of collapse. Several lamp shades are only attached by the electrical cord, the dining table is literally on its last leg. Several lights in the room don't work. One of the ACs wouldn't cool. The main pools have lots of areas where the render has broken away, and most filter covers are broken/missing.

The environment and atmosphere. The beach pool and bar set up is incredible and I honestly wish I could stay here every year.

The gym needs a bigger space and more leg machines and weights.

Lovely setting and great pool. Hotel grounds and gardens beautiful. Staff all very nice. Beds very comfortable, liked coffee machine and some pods.

Room was a little tired, old decor/ cushions etc, could do with updating.

Great location, spacious apartments, pools both amazing. Perfect for the toddler to have the access to the lagoon pool right out our balcony gate (3313/3314). Pool bar great. Will definitely come again.

Bit odd that can’t access any resort services as a private booking. Yet the booking not quite treated like it was a private air bnb type of thing eg would suggest have more basic kitchen items and condiments available so every guest isn’t having to buy all the basics for a short stay. The resort itself also doesn’t have that much in the way of restaurant etc it’s minimal.
