The staff were great. Very friendly and accomodating. Bed was comfortable

Location is a fair bit (2-3km) out of main town. No windows (in my room at least). Bit of a maze and main door was very thin that all noises travel easily due to hard floors in the property. Not a lot of food options in the local area after 6pm as well

A lot lower quality than expected for the price and description. It's clean and fulfills its purpose, the quality is just a lot cheaper. Not many food options or anything nearby.

The place is really, really clean, and really quiet. It was easy to get the they too.

The distance between the property and city center is way more than advertised. Also there was some bad smell coming out from the bathroom, and that was not because we used it. We had no nice view from the room, not that we needed one, but since there is such a question we have to give the honest response.

The overall room experience was nice. Bed was comfortable, room was spacious. I had a large street facing window so got a lot of light coming in. There are 8 units on the floor so thankfully it was quiet and I could get a good night's sleep.

Sometimes the street noise got very loud early morning. Water in the rain shower took awhile to heat up, water pressure could be better. Shower cap would be a nice offer. Location is no where near the centre, there is not much in that area other than hospitals, clinics and pharmacies so after hours the streets are empty, no one walks the streets late at night. There is no reception. If you need something, you have to send a msg thru WhatsApp to Gustavo however he's very responsive.
