"It's acceptable. The room and facility are good."

The location, the furniture, the beddings are good, many things are there in the bathroom anf kitchen.

The entrance stairs are challenging, the price is a bit high for the basement, ceilings are a bit low.

The apartment was spacious and very clean. Bathroom, kitchen etc had newer fixtures and lighting was good everywhere. Comfortable bed. Great location close to downtown and Plateau neighbourhoods. Nice extras in the bathroom.

The only negative was the noisy street on Friday night which kept us awake.

It had many useful amenities and is not far from Mont Royal, which is nice considering the climb up there is already tiring. The host was helpful and responsive.

Little fruit flies were everywhere -- not sure where they came from -- and the sink clogs a bit.

They didn't leave enough towels for the total party and the 3rd bed wasn't confortable (thin mattress on the floor)

We did not like it much based on what we paid. It provided a place to stay on arrival in Canada. Location ok. Could walk to Mont Royal park and into town. Restaurants and shops nearby. Good - if the price was lower. Kitchen good.

Felt that we did not get value for money. This was very expensive for what we got. Grubby entrance. Bad/uncomfortable sofa bed. Odd and small toilet/shower room - under the stairs (not good for anyone with mobility issues). Unfriendly host. Ok if price was lower.
