La localisation est parfaite. Une multitude de restaurant se trouve a moin de 2 min de marche ,le metro est a moin de 5 min de marche , quartier ou l'on se sent en securité. Les unitées sont bien équipées et propre dans un decor chaleureux

"Good"

2.0

The property was doubled booked and we reached out to the property management to get our code for entrance. It took longer time for us to enter the suite. Once we've settled in, we later found out another group of visitors were there at the same time and causing some issues. Although the management team finally refund the other group, we went ahead and booked another place just in case we might be kicked out and we bascially paid an extra night somewhere else and result to us to pay the cancellation. Second issue is TV wasn't working and hot water level was insufficient plus the room temperature gauge is malfunction. We reported to the management right away. Management promised to re-set the code for safety purpose (since it's double booked and another group has identical code to get in) and fix reported issues next day. However, there's no one contacted us for all above. Nothing got fixed, no new codes were sent. Overall, this is empty promises. The biggest issue was the doubled booking causing us on the edge and anxiety and result to more cancellations to our planned evening. We felt we should get some compensation over our cancellation fee which around $475. This is the first time we ever tried this type of accomondation and we will never try this again.

"No Heat, Filthy Conditions, Unresponsive Host"

2.0

I checked into a *freezing* apartment. Thermostat was 63°F (17°C) & clearly the heater was broken. Unfortunately, the issues didn't stop there. The apartment was in terrible condition: - Oven was unusable & dislodged from the wall - Dish rack was filthy & sponge was used - Kettle had so much sediment that boiling water resulted in gunk floating - Cobwebs were in nearly every corner of the apartment - The TV had no connection To make matters worse, I found *blood stains* on the duvet when I went to wash the sheets. I have photos of all these issues as proof. Despite contacting the host multiple times, he didn’t respond until *day 3* of my 5-day stay. On day 4 they claimed to have sent a handyman, but the heater remained broken for the entire 5 days of my stay. The host offered another unit on the 4th day at 9pm?! I declined to move & requested compensation. The host said compensation would be provided at checkout. Then the host claimed he could not reach the apartment’s owner and to expect an answer the following Monday. However, after several calls and messages, I realized the host had blocked my number. I confirmed this by calling from another number, and the phone rang while mine was sent straight to voicemail. This was by far the worst experience ever. Not only was the apt dirty and in disrepair, the lack of heat made it nearly unbearable. The host’s failure to respond, block my number, and avoid compensating me is completely unacceptable. Is it even legal?
