Spacious 3BR Home in Swansea

Spacious property. Gets good amount of Sun. Good location for our purpose.

Not much. Particular areas in bedrooms have broken planks which sink. But they are under the carpet so once you know, you can avoid stepping there. WIFI in box room is nil.

Location close to our workplace.

Long wait for an invoice for a stay - more than a month. The invoice was not issued by the facility management company until Booking.com was involved in the case.

Parking - parking both sides of street with parts given over with permit/resident only. Road full on both sides, had to park someway away.

The house had strong cigarette smell, cigarette burns in carpets and curtains, We went shopping after our arrival and got some sprays and spayed the whole house, this did not help. The next morning, my children ended up being sick, and my wife and I ended up having sore throats due to the strong cigarette smell. I contacted the management company on arrival to inform them of the strong cigarette smell and I contacted the property management company the next day again when the children became unwell and us having sore throats, the lady at the management company asked me to spray it, which we told her already did but it did not help. The lady then stated she would get someone to come around and re spray it. No one turned up. The floorboard in the main bedroom was damaged, so you have you walk carefully in the room so that you didn't end up falling. The mattresses were damaged, felt like sleeping on spring. The twin room smelt so bad of cigarette, that we had to make arrangements for our children to share the bed with us, which was squashed and did not have a good sleep. The coffee tables were unsafe as they tops were not screwed on. The pictures shown on the website are old pictures of the property. Overall, the pictures are not a true reflection of the property. Due to the smell, we spent most of the days out. As it was the Easter bank holiday weekend, there were no other accommodations/hotel we could have moved to. It was a really disappointing experience after driving 5 hours to get to the property with great expectations for a family break that turned into a nightmare.

nicely decorated throughout. Good location for visiting family nearby. clean and homely. my children loved the Netflix and comfy sofas. functional and good value for money.

shower wasn’t great. outside of house and back yard are in need of some tlc. The street it’s on isn’t wonderful as a location but good for me as family live close by.
