В туалеті дуже пахло каналізацією. Підніжка для душової кабіни дуже заважає. Не раз забивала палець. Немає деревʼяної дощечки для нарізання.

Цена относительно удобства не большая. Апартаменты находятся практически в самом центре. До ратуши- пять минут пешком.

Велика і простора квартира у центрі міста. Постіль, рушники в достатній кількості на всіх гостей. Можливість паркування авто в дворі будинку. Цілодобовий магазин на території ЖК. Швидкий зворотній зв'язок з власниками помешкання. Дуже гарна ціна за такі великі апартаменти.

У ванній острий кут підвищення на якому розміщена душова кабіна - побажання по можливості його згладити :)
