Luxuries Penthouse

Very nice flat. Quiet.

Not a penthouse. Area outside not inviting.

The apartment is beautiful and comfortable. It is well air conditioned, has a smart TV with Netflix, YouTube etc, great Wi-Fi, a very large double door fridge/freezer. It is located a walking distance from a major shopping center with Checkers, Spar, Burger King, McDonalds, Dischem etc. The host is very responsive and communicates proactively. I had come for the Kaapsehoop Marathon and rested well after the race. It felt very secure.

A few maintenance issues otherwise the apartment is great. The bathroom door handle is broken (on the inside part), the toilet seat cover tends to fall off and the kitchen supplies/equipment could be better. The only glasses there are 3 champagne glasses (No whiskey, juice or wine glasses) and just a couple of old coffee mugs. Would be great to have coffee or tea as well. I honestly do not think much attention was paid on the self catering part except for the fridge.

The unit was beautiful and well furnished. It provided needed comfort.

Although the premises was clean a few things need to be looked into 1.mould in bathroom ceiling 2.consider adding a coffee and tea station 3.there was an unpleasant smell coming from bedroom cupboard

It was secure and private.

The penthouse was a home away from home.

The fact that there was no house keeping services
