Am Spittlerturm

The host was super friendly and sincere. Long story short, the host helped us when checking out and we avoided disaster thanks to her. The apartment is really big, ideal for large groups. Plenty of space, multiple bathrooms, several couches for everyone to sit on and a big table in the kitchen. It had everything we needed for a longer stay. The location was perfect.

We were there in a heatwave, we had fans for each room, but because of the central location it was very noisy until late with the windows open. The apartment is next to a big wall so at night it took time for the area to cool down.

although Sabine was on holiday at the time of our arrival, she had organised for another lady to welcome us in to the apartment. everything was sorted very quickly and smoothly .

its on the 3rd floor so there is a few steps to climb. there is also a metal gate at the entrance to the apartments, so you must take the key for the gate out at all times even though there is a clear sign asking for the gate to be left open, it was locked a couple of times

Massive place with wonderful facilities. Sabine was incredibly helpful in recommending local places and activities. We loved our time here and highly recommend it.

We did stay on Friday and Saturday night as part of our time and so downstairs was a little noisy at times but nothing too bad.

Sabine is a wonderful host. She very generously spent time showing us the attractions and best places to eat on a map of the Alstadt. The apartment is beautiful - very clean, modern and spacious. Beds were comfortable and the bathroom and half bathroom absolutely palatial. The kitchen is very stylish, fitted with everything you could need. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Sabine’s apartment.

Up quite a few flights of stairs but it was good exercise! A little noisy at night at times but the double glazed windows helped with this.
