Well located

Costumer service from the property manager. There was no heating in the property and despite numerous attempts to sort, I felt there was no enough empathy and will to accommodate this. He was slow to send people to look at the issue and he refused to provide even portable heaters and we had children toddlers with us. We booked it for three days but checked out early due to the issue. We had to find other alternatives for the kids and finally were forced to check out after 2 days. We found out this issue was already known (From the gas engineer) to the property manager two weeks prior and he neglected to sort it before listing it again.

It was very clean and tidy

The location is far from the center and the street is too narrow for a car.

Lovely house with large bedrooms and comfortable lounge area. Great location for eating out.

The homes in the area do not have any outside space so on a warm week it can get noisy outside with people enjoying the weather

Central location for good access to Liverpool and surrounding area. Good amount of space for a group of 4 across all of the rooms and good price based on a group of that size. Reasonable amount of facilities available within the flat (cookware etc.)

No lock on the bathroom door and bathroom bin had not been emptied from previous guests. Some basic items missing from kitchen, for example, no oven gloves and no hand towel.
