It was comfortable and clean. You have you parking lot.

It needs to do some smaller repairs. A window sheet is not working so you can not make dark living room. Toilet seat, the door handle should be repaired. It is little strange because apartment is some old building with many small companies, and close to the public toilet.

Very uncomfortable washbasin. Building itself is strange a little bit, but host gives you directions.

Nice, clean apartment.

the apartment located in an office building, next to the toiletts, that was very strange for me. Regardless i asked several times I did not get the invoice from the owner.
