Old town 3 bedroom presidential loft

The location is great, under the castle and in the heart of the historical part. The house itself looks nice and old, though there are few spots of rubbish in the hall. The apartment is really spacious, but strangly combinig nice old pieces with Ikea ones.

After we payed, the communication dropped really low, which was the main frustration. Repetedly promissed to do what we complained about, nothing happened. 1 pair of keys, promised to bring another one, did not. The wifi did not work, they proposed we try to restart the router with many wires around. Electric kettle missing, there is a cooker wiht buttons hardly functioning, have to wait long for hot water. Broken shelves in the fridge and a piece of stinking cheese. An ironing board with no iron. Glass bulbs missing at many places, the living room, bathroom and one bedroom. The bathroom is gross, asked cleaning mouldy shower, promised and surprise - nothing happened. It is my first that horrible experience through years. To call the loft presidential is a real overstatment or it means they send there presidents for punishement. I asked for a discount, because we really did not get what we payed for, hoped will not have to make to write this. No answer.

Great host that was very responsive. Super large rooms and a wonderful location. Appreciated the fan in the downstairs bedroom, as the air conditioner is upstairs.

The downstairs bathroom is in need of some work. The upstairs shower is just a sprayer hanging over a bath tub.
