The LOFT Apartments Ljubljana

Attenzione a questo host, ho prenotato la struttura LOFT Appartment ed invece mi è stata data una stanza chiamata ELEGANT APPARTMENT che in realtà una è una cantina adibita ad appartamento, con soffitto basso appena sopra la porta, con muffa alle pareti e intonaco con evidenti segni di umidità che cade dal soffitto, all'interno una camera da letto di 2mtq senza finestra quindi non a norma.

Le foto non corrispondono al reale perché ingrandiscono e abbelliscono gli spazi. Scegliete altre opzioni per evitare di incorrere in una fregatura, state alla larga dall'appartamento e scegliete di meglio a Lubiana. Inoltre Booking non ha gestito il mio reclamo e garantirmi una compensazione.

Everything was as described and to our convince, Parking spot for our car was appreciated.

Some smells coming from the sewer made the stay difficult.

Communication with the host was great. Easy check-in and check-out, good internet, and everything was working well. Space is good for one or two people.

The studio is located in a commercial building, and although everything was fine, it felt a bit isolated at night, so I wasn’t completely sure whether there were other people around. The water wasn’t warm during my first shower, but the host responded quickly how to turn on the boiler, which solved the issue right away. There was also a very faint, almost unnoticeable smell in the kitchen.

Logement fonctionnel, idéal pour max 3 personnes. Situé à 15 minutes du centre de Ljubljana à pied.

Manque de luminosité: pas de fenêtre dans la chambre, ni dans la salle de bain. Manque de ventilation dans le logement.
