Llandudno apartment, quirky pub with tropical beer garden

Location was ideal, just outside Llandudno, to get to it was a very narrow road, quite tight but passable. Very comfortable living arrangements, kitchen was 1st class with extras thrown in, ie milk, coffee and tea. Bottled water in fridge, cleaning equipment provided. towels and plenty of toilet paper

Noise from pub at night. We knew we were staying over a pub but did not expect the amount of noise so late in the evening, hence my recommendation for groups who enjoy staying out late. door leading from bedroom onto small seating area could do with a curtain as the light came through very early

The apartment was fantastic, had everything you needed. Mark was a great host. We ate in the Penryn Arms, most of us had the Woodfire Pizzas and everyone said how good they were. I ate off the Specials menu and had the skewers which were cooked to perfection. Would definitely like to return.

There was nothing to dislike

Great place. Plenty of space for a few couples or a family to stay. The facilities were great. There was coffee, milk, tea etc on arrival which was well received. The staff were extremely helpful. We ordered pizzas from the pub (stone baked from in the beer garden) and they were delicious! Will certainly be booking again.

The only thing that may put someone off was that there was a band on in the pub which went on until midnight. You can hear a certain level of the band, but it didn’t ruin our stay. I think it’s worth a mention to check if there is any events on if you require ultimate peace and quiet to get asleep. But we thought it was a great getaway and we loved it!

The location is excellent and lots if room perfect for our party to enjoy themselves.

Took a little time to heat up but a great place to stay

Lovely big apartment with everything you need and plenty of space plus lots of extras in the kitchen such as cook oil coffee lots of different teas etc plus milk butter and jam in the fridge which was a nice touch. Good pub downstairs for food and drinks but quiet in the apartment above.

Few small issues but Mark said he would sort them and was glad we brought them to his attention so not going to mention any if he's sorting them out. It was difficult to park 2 cars as space is very limited but we managed. Ring before arriving and Mark will make room to park.

The apartment was spacious and clean. Everything we needed was there for us. Absolutely brilliant apartment and we will definitely stay again and recommend to everyone! Highly highly recommend the pizza at the pub too, we all agreed they were some of the best we’ve ever had and we’ve eaten a lot of pizza! Staff were fantastic and nothing was too much trouble for them. Very happy customers all round.

Very spacious, clean and cosy. The welcome pack was a lovely addition. The pizzas in the pub are scrummy and we enjoyed the bonus of a band playing which made for a great Saturday night. Communication with Mark was exceptional. Very impressed.

Nothing. Would definitely stay with friends again.
