The location and the value.

No hot water in the kitchen. There was a hot water heater under the sink, but it was broken. No way to get in touch with the host. It is noisy, since it's on a main road. Parking lot is very narrow. Lots of different doors to unlock before you get to your room.

The appartment was modern, spacious and extremely clean ... the host thought about the details like a dishwasher liquid, etc. There is a parking in the backyard

The windows can be opened only a little, as they face the main street.
