De ligging. De appartement op begane grond was ideaal voor de kinderen.

De sanitaire voorzieningen. Zeer slecht. Het schoonmaken voor we binnen kwamen is oppervlakkig gebeurt. Wanneer je een witte doekje over de tegelvloer haalt wordt die zwart van vuil. Handdoeken krijg je maar 1 per persoon per verblijf. Voor ons was dat 4 dagen met 1 handdoek.

Spacious apartments. Somewhat clean.

The management team need more staff as when you need something it is very hard to get hold of someone. I was frustrated when I booked one three bed and one two bed and was given 2 two bed apartments instead. It was not made very clear that the three bed apartments are based at Topaz site. And the two bed apartments were based in the Corail site. I assumed this was one site. As I went with a big family I didn’t want to split up so ended up taking the two bed at Corail site. The kitchen was not the best as we had ant infestation. And also cockroaches in rooms and bathroom. Swimming pool was good. But the bath tubs had cockroaches coming out the pipes. I would not recommend this place to anyone and won’t be returning. Btw when you get there you get hit with a €30 cleaning fee which I refused to pay so ended up cleaning the room myself.

I’ve tried escalating this but I got no compensation. So if you read my review and still want to book this apartment.. that’s up to you! Upon arrival, we were sent to a different apartment than booked. I was told we would be sent back to our apartment booked tomorrow. I agreed to this because the guy I spoke to Ahmed said if we don’t want it then to cancel my reservation. (I have two kids so I had no choice). When we got moved to our apartment the following day there was serious electricity issues. There was no lighting and no AC. I tried contacting him and he picked up the first time and said he is coming. This was at 2am in the morning. 20 mins later no response and now not answering our calls and texts. This is not acceptable, to stay in an apartment for 2 whole days with a temperature of 40+ during the day! This situation is unsafe and unacceptable but we had no other option. The following day an electrician got sent who did something but still had same problem. At this point I was getting very upset and just wanted to come back to the UK. The manager was not helping us and I felt so helpless for my children. The third day, we got moved into another apartment but this man let me struggle for 3 days before he did anything about it.

Nice view and spacious and also enjoyed the clean swimming pool

Property was very nice , however there was no shops nearby, which would have been very handy

The owner were super friendly and welcoming. Great property in a great location
