A little far

This apartment complex has an amazing location within golf city park and has a beautiful view of the garden, mountains and nature. We traveled for three days and left our things here and everything was safe, great security team and the place is very safe for Marrakech. On the night that we arrived, the manager of the apartment, Lamyaa welcomed us into a clean apartment and was a very welcoming host. For the rest of our stay, anything we needed be it information or anything like towels and things for the house she would bring for us. She was a very welcoming host and made our experience at Prestigia even better. She also introduced as to Ahmed, another manager at Presitgia who advised us about any restaurant, attraction or place in Marrakech. They was very professional and respectable and always made sure we were safe and secure as tourists. Lamyaa would bring in cleaners anytime we requested this, at a reasonable price; once again the cleaners would come in frequently and everything was safe and secure. Both Ahmed and Lamyaa were amazing people very professional and welcoming making improving our stay. The gardens are always very well-kept and cleaned everyday for several hours.

Location was fantastic everywhere Indrive app around 30 dirhams (MAD). The apartment has an amazing pool and lush garden view and the central heating/cooling efficient. You just need to alert the cleaner to for regular cleaning which she is downstairs.

More towels should be made available and cleaning regularly as a standard

It was quiet with good parking facilities. Although the host tried her best to remedy the glitch in overbooking, both apartments that we were placed in during our stay were disappointing and did not offer value for money. The door locks were faulty, windows did not close, no bath mats which made the tile floor slippery, broken chairs and drawers.

In the second apartment there was a permanent drainage/septic odour. The cups and utensils were not properly cleaned and no sponges or lighters were provided. Overall, it was a very tired facility and did not offer value for money.

Very clean, well maintained property with access to its own private backyard.
