Superbe appartement à l Hivernage

First of all, I need to highlight a very serious issue: the apartment had numerous cameras installed, both outside and inside, some of which appeared to be hidden. This is a serious violation of guests' privacy and made us feel extremely uncomfortable during our stay. In addition, the building’s security guard constantly harassed us, making up stories to pressure us into giving him money. His behavior was intimidating and, at times, threatening. We were also forced to sign a contract that was only presented to us upon arrival, and we were required to hand over our passports, which is not legally permitted since this was not a hotel. Additionally, we were not allowed to receive any visits from friends during our stay. The soundproofing in the apartment was also terrible — we were constantly disturbed by noise coming from the neighboring units. I do not recommend this apartment, as it compromises both the safety and privacy of its guests.

The host was amazing! Hamdolillah was outstanding in her attention to our queries. We got immediate feedback and she went out of her way to be accommodating. The property was ideal. Quiet but close to restaurants and major attractions.

Great location, within walking distance of most sights. Restaurants and supermarkets close by. 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms so each room had their own bathroom, always good for harmony. Lovely view from the balcony Very secure.

Nothing glaring stood out but as the living room/ kitchen is a smaller space, there is very little counter space so trying to use Nespresso machine, toaster and microwave is tricky. Also there is no ‘kitchen’ table, just a low table in front of the TV.

Convenient location, quiet, parking in front of the building, helpful owner, good view from the balconies.

Property needs some handyman work, some essentials were not present (shampoo, salt, coffee machine capsules…)

The TV’s did not work - one toilet not working, the showers were blocked and when we removed the grates it was obvious they had not been cleaned as they were full of hair etc.

Location is fantastic! Very close to restaurants and easy to get around town.
