Very clean, perfect location, everything you can think of in the kitchen and more

Bedroom was difficult to move around in with the travel cot in Cockroaches twice Couldn’t find how to turn on extractor fan

Property was perfect for us being a ground floor worked really well when our baby was napping the grounds are stunning and located close to pools, bars, restaurants and shop all on the complex. About a 20 minute walk down to the marina but also only €3 in an uber which was great so many options for dinner. Equally close to the beach and supermarkets. The kitchen was better equipped than my kitchen at home everything you could possibly need and more. Would highly recommend this property the host was also very accommodating and allowed us to have a late check out which was amazing for our last day with an evening flight.

If I have to be picky, I would still stay here regardless of these things but - - The sweat proof pillows on the bed were quite uncomfortable and loud when you move on them - more information in the property would have been helpful regarding where to find the bins, opening times etc for things on the complex. - a broom would have been very helpful

The shower tray would fill up with water very quickly and there was water on the floor.

Apt check in was before 12. Was very clean and stocked with everything you need for a few days plus extras like an arrival gift of wine, books, games and soaps. Everything you need on site, great for family's. Taxi company on site is handy.

Check out 10:00. A little early but I did appreciate getting into apt early so I do understand. Felt a little lost on arrival due to lack of instruction from agency but I think this was an oversight . I did hear that some other agency provided a towel and sheet change during the week. That would have been nice but not a big thing.

Well equipped & nice decor

Beautiful setting with lovely amenities. The apartment itself was a little haven - very cool with the air conditioning and clean. The washing machine broke and after reporting it, it was replaced the very next day! Excellent service.

We didn’t receive any instructions before arriving about where to pick up the keys, which was meant to have been sent by the management agency apparently. A quick call to the host resolved this and we found the main office to collect our keys. You have to take care when using the shower not to get the bathroom floor too wet, but this was a minor issue and easily avoided once you know!

The location

The house has no working WiFi. There were HUGE disgusting cockroaches on the couch and around the house. There was a whole COLONY of some weird insects on the walls, on the bed and on the floor. The security guard came over to try and help by spraying some bug spray- which helped but sadly didn’t solve the problem. His opinion was that the issue came from the host not disinfecting the house - a necessity if you own property in that area. The owner was not in the slightest bit sympathetic and his response to me sending pictures and videos of the status of the flat was “I’ve had this property for 4 years and no one’s ever complained”- implying that it was somehow a “me problem”, as if I had brought my own bugs from home or something… I was gonna stay for 4 days but left the day after i arrived, got my full refund back from the host, but not before threatening to expose the pictures and videos on social media. He still tried to charge me. He is a terrible host. The house is nice though, and the surrounding area is very family friendly. The shower basin doesn’t hold the water in, so it gets the bathroom and surrounding area completely soaked if you take more than 5 minutes in the shower- even with towels on the floor, which may or may not have something to do with the infestation, as the floor is wood and if it’s getting that much water, might be causing bugs.
