The Loft at Craiglea

Beautiful modern self contained apartment/bedsit. Perfect for a few nights in Pitlochry! The bed was super comfy and it was lovely to see the stars through the velux windows! We even saw deer wonder across the garden to the burn! Lovely clean bathroom with powerful shower and Highland Soap Company shower gel. Really good location, very easy to find and to amble into town. Catriona was also nice enough to let us use her EV charger for a small additional fee - she really couldn't do enough to help us during our stay.

Loved everything! Would have been useful to have a small casserole dish for things like pasta bake. The pans for the hob do all go in the microwave oven though so not the end of the world.

This was already my second stay and hopefully not my last! If you don't mind stairs, the Loft is a truly wonderful and cozy place to stay. Ideal for spending several days. Catroina is an excellent host: she is friendly and offers great tips without being intrusive. As a female solo traveler I felt very safe.

The situation of the location all be the slight gradual incline as you walk from Pitlochry main Street of which is highlighted but the tranquility far outweighs that as you listen to the water flow from the flowing burn at back of the property, also listening to the rain bonce of the skylight windows. Everything has been said, that can be said on looking at the Reviews! Ideally situated off the beaten track that allows the rest that i personally was looking at. Property itself was ample for everything you required within. I understand why it's much sought after and unlikely i'll get the opportunity to return because of it's popularity. Big applause obviously to Catriona on running a Braw property 👏 Ps. Weather was mainly 🌞 that contributed to an enjoyable stay also Elaine was very nice in my brief blether i had with herself. 👍

On having to leave Pitlochry and The Loft at Craiglea especially 😒

Modern, clean accomodation, within walking distance of Pitlochry centre. All facilities available in the loft.TV, WIFI etc On two levels with bathroom and WC on lower ground.

Walk back to the Loft on a gentle incline, we were fine but anybody with a disability/health issue may struggle.

Very quiet; located within easy walking distance to town and shops and walking track to the beautiful mountains; the room was well equipped with everything you needed; the town and it’s associated scenery was beautiful

Being a loft - you need to be aware that the ceiling is sloped

Brilliant location. Nice and quiet, out of town centre but only 10/15 minute walk to the high street. Plenty of cafes, bars and shops. Co-op 5 minute walk (on the way down to the high street) Apartment was lovely. Very clean.

Nothing to dislike. Just need to be aware that the bathroom is downstairs and the walk back from the high street is up hill
