I like the location and the fact that everything was new. It is a very quiet place.

I did not liked the bathroom door, it is a sliding door so it's not closing perfectly.

Maximally efficient use of space - perhaps a little cramped for some Unable to completely enclose the shower area 1x toilet (in an apartment for 6 people, 2x would be useful)
