Please note that late check-in after 19:00 has an extra cost of EUR 50. Alternatively, it can be done through the Master Lock of our office, located at Av. Infante Sagres number 109 Loja A, Quarteira. Check-in through Master Lock is free of charge and can be done at any time. Please note that cleaning service is only provided for stays of 8 nights or more. The balcony of the kitchen is not available, because the floor needs to be repaired.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. A deposit may be required at the property.

"Inaccurate listing led to a disappointing stay"

Large and spacious. Very good location

The listing showed a south facing balcony, and when I got there the door to it was locked. I enquired and they said it’s inaccessible due to structural issues. I explained that this wasn’t mentioned in the post (even though they claimed it was) and they showed a complete lack of empathy or care. This was incredible disappointing as it was one of the main reasons I booked the place. They refused any form of refund and have since removed the photo of the balcony, but have showed a complete lack of regard and accountability for my stay. Very disappointing!

It was big with a lot of outside space too. The location was perfect. Parking was also ideal.

"Exceptional"

The apartment is clean, the linen is white, close to the promenade and restaurants. We stayed for a couple of days, we liked everything very much, the apartment had everything and more. The manager Leonor was in touch with us all the time, thanks a lot, and She helped us organize our transfer as the flight was early in the morning.
