Cicki Apartments I - Renovated 2025

Great location, close to the city center with restaurants, fast foods, and also to a few parks (one park is with a small playground, another one with a small outside workout place). Most of the needed things were in the apartment. Nice communication with the host, thank you!

There would be great to put the anti-mosquito net on windows, at least some parts to be able to open windows at night and still be not bitten by mosquitoes. The kitchen is small a bit but not a big issue. We were not able to find washing powder but it's also a minor thing (it's cheap to buy in the supermarkets nearby).

I liked all of the above. Ivan was VERY helpful and responded patiently to all my dumb questions. Entry was very easy. Great stay at great apartment

Clean, comfortable, plenty of space & great central location. Ivan is also a really friendly & flexible host- very easy to contact and always replied immediately :)

The windows are old fashioned and hard to close- bit of a pain when there's a dog on an upstairs balcony barking all night.

The flat was clean

Although we had asked for 2 beds and a cot, when we arrived at 11pm with two young children (our flight was delayed), the 2nd bed (sofabed) was not made and there was no cot bed for our baby. The flat has no particular charm, but the flat is clean and has everything we needed.

Flat was clean and comfortable. There were air conditioners in the bedroom and living room, plus a heater in the bedroom as well. The location is quite central and there are many places to visit nearby. Also some bars, cafes and restaurants. Although the building was next to a busy road, it was quiet in general. Owner was very responsive and helpful with all our questions and arranged us a taxi to travel to the airport.

Would be nice to have tea spoons and some big cutting knives (for bread, meat etc.) in the kitchen. The drain pipes of the bath tub, bathroom and kitchen sink were getting clogged very quickly and were not draining the water fast enough.

The property looked exactly as it did in the pictures. it’s location is perfect for seeing the different section of the city. the furnishings and beds were very comfortable.

The kitchen is small, especially the sink, but we made do. We like to make our own breakfasts so a few additional items would make it all much better (toaster, spatula, and coffee maker, it did have a hot water heater).
