Apartmants City Love

It was pretty and modern, there was a grocery shop downstairs

We were given a different apartment which was not shown on booking at all (it was a different location). There was no free parking. It was dirty, the shower wasnt working properly, we had no toilet paper when we arrived and since we were a group of 3, one person had to squeeze on a small couch instead of the ones shown on booking.

1️⃣ 📍 The location was good. 2️⃣ 🛋️ The sofa was wide, so our child could sleep comfortably. 3️⃣ 🏡 The apartment was large. 4️⃣ 🧺 There was an iron. 5️⃣ 💨 There was a hairdryer. 6️⃣ 🧹 A vacuum cleaner was available. ************ 1️⃣ 📍 Хорошее расположение. 2️⃣ 🛋️ Широкий диван, ребёнку было удобно спать. 3️⃣ 🏡 Просторная квартира. 4️⃣ 🧺 Был утюг. 5️⃣ 💨 Был фен. 6️⃣ 🧹 Был пылесос.

❌ Negative points: 1️⃣ 🔐 A $50 deposit was requested for the parking card, although there was no mention of this on Booking. We only had cash for the room payment. When I said I didn’t have extra cash, he suggested we go to an ATM. Since my bank charges commission, I refused, and we had to leave my husband’s ID card as collateral. 2️⃣ 🕚 Check-out was listed as 11:00, but we were told to leave by 10:00. When we showed the booking confirmation, the host reacted nervously. 3️⃣ 🅿️ Parking was supposed to be included, but someone else had parked in the spot, and we spent 15–20 minutes resolving it. 4️⃣ 💳 We were told to withdraw cash for the deposit, even though it wasn’t mentioned anywhere in advance. The process was inconvenient and unexpected. 5️⃣ 🚿 The water heater was not turned on, and we had to wait almost 2 hours for hot water — very difficult after a long journey. 6️⃣ 🧒 There were no window safety nets, which is important if you’re traveling with small children. ******************* ❌ Отрицательные моменты: 1️⃣ 🔐 Попросили $50 депозит за парковочную карту, хотя на Booking это нигде не указывалось. У нас была только наличка для оплаты жилья. Когда я сказал, что нет дополнительных наличных, нам предложили пойти к банкомату. Учитывая комиссию на моей карте, я отказался. В итоге мы оставили ID-карту мужа как залог. 2️⃣ 🕚 Время выезда было указано как 11:00, но нам сказали освободить номер до 10:00. Когда мы показали подтверждение, хозяин начал раздражённо разговаривать. 3️⃣ 🅿️ Парковка входила в стоимость, но на месте уже стояла чужая машина, и мы потеряли 15–20 минут на решение этой ситуации. 4️⃣ 💳 Попросили обналичить депозит, хотя нигде заранее об этом сказано не было. Это было неудобно и неожиданно. 5️⃣ 🚿 Водонагреватель был отключён, и нам пришлось ждать почти 2 часа, чтобы появилась горячая вода — после долгой дороги это было тяжело. 6️⃣ 🧒 На окнах не было защитных сеток, что важно, если вы с маленькими детьми

Everything was amazing, it was in a very central location and ultra-luxurious. All the furnishings were excellent, and the person who assisted us was a very good person, helping us with everything. I definitely recommend it.
