Airy and clean appartment, very good locations with ton of shopping and eating out options. Comfortable double bed in the bedroom.

Uncomfortable sofa (it looks broken), slow wifi (ok for everyday usage but can’t have calls). They charge you a tourist tax but do not pay it to the Government (make sure you request it as you might be fined at the border if you are unable to show the tax payment proof).

The apartment is dirty, the bed creaks very much. Mold in the bathroom. The apartment needs a light cosmetic repair.
