"Nobody showed me the building, the apartment and the flat itself"

Nothing

To define what I did like and or dislike, I need to reach the landlord or landlady by phone, don't I?! I couldn't talk to them not only via your app also as I've just texted above via phone. I am still in a different country which you can guess that we all have to feel secure face to face as tennants and as or landladies/landlords. To sum up, I haven't entered the building and the apartment itself.
