Encantador! Con calor de hogar!!

Location is close to downtown El Poblado so it is easy to get there, but you don’t have to live in the sometimes crazy downtown. The neighborhood clean and safe with grocery stores and nice restaurants within a 5 minute walk. The owners and staff are very pleasant and accommodating with easy communication. One of the owners lives on in the same complex which is great for communication. It didn’t feel like a business transaction, they treated me like a friend. I extended my stay here because the area and owners are perfect.

Very comfortable bed, quiet location but close enough to Poblado restaurants and nightlife. We felt safe walking home. Helpful and friendly hosts too. The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay in Medellin!

Located in poblado about 3-5 minutes drive to and from provenza. Most friendliest and responsive owner I’ve had in my experience. They helped me everything I needed. It had all the basic cooling utensils. water ran hot for long showers

Ants were found around the house. Wifi has weird settings that doesn’t allow you to use certain internet applications or websites. walls are thin, there is no AC and you have to keep the windows open to keep it cool but you will hear the noise from the neighbors.
