No parking in premises but is a parking lot near by and the host offers to pay for

Location, cleanliness, and comfort

The toilet seat was loose. The door latch on balcony door was broken. The kitchen window didn't have a latch to open, close or lock.

Hotel was gr8 but the street to reach the hotel was not so nice in car/motochiva

It was absolutely disgusting. Boogers on the wall, bathroom and kitchen light didn’t work, stove didn’t work, OLD RAW MEAT UNDER THE COUCH, MOLD IN THE COFFEE MAKER, dried toothpaste on countertops, used dried soap bars from people before, dead bugs on countertops and in curtains, stained towels and sheets. When I complained and demanded it to be cleaned or refunded, manager said to find somewhere else “that meets my standards.” Key cracked when unlocking door, a huge gash in the couch (which was replaced) were the only issues addressed. Filthiest hotel I’ve ever stayed in Colombia. My companions warned me not to look under bathroom sink for my own sake until our last day… (see picture with plunger).

Spacious and modern. Nice balcony. Within walking distance of a shopping mall and an Il Forno restaurant.

There is no reception and nobody picked up the phone when we called them, so we couldn’t enter the building. Luckily a neighbour helped us to contact the host.
