Casa Michelangelo

Dopala mi se lokacija, kuća je na malom uzvišenju, u prirodi, sa prelepim pogledom. . Kuća je autentična i veoma je prijatan boravak u njoj. Jako je dobro opremljena. Gospođa Cecilia je bila od pomoći tokom čitavog boravka. Nosim veoma lepe utiske.

The most homey place we could've asked for right in the centre of the Chianti region! The photos do not do this place justice - it has a lot of space and a stunning view over the hills, perfect for sunset aperitifs on the balcony. It provided a great location for uncovering the region with our rental car. We were able to go to countless medieval towns and wineries, as well as hikes, a horse ride, and daytrip to Florence, although the Staggia town nearby is small but charming. We were able to take a very short walk to Villa Lecchi for a brilliant dinner as well. Cecilia was very responsive and was even able to return my washing which I accidentally dropped into the apartment below.

There is no air conditioning - it got hot at night (in June) and mosquitoes would come in with the windows open. Also, unfortunately there was a crying baby in the family staying above us and we could hear it quite clearly.

The view!! The view from the balcony is spectacular, with an equally splendid view on the other side of the ridge as you drive in to this small hilltop village. Casa Michaelangelo is very well equipped with everything you will need for a self catering stay. Would we stay again? Yes!

The apartment is located in a charming small village, but very close (3 km) to the town of Staggia. Beautiful view from the balcony. The apartment is equipped with everything you need. There was no need for you to meet the owner. Everything could be arranged by phone. Cecilia was very nice and helpful.

Fabulous location, very spacious apartment with balcony. Great host. We'll equipped kitchen with all facilities. Country setting in small village. Perfect place.

We couldn't stay longer.

The apartment is in a house in a nice small village, easy to park, just behind the house. The house has everything we might use, from washing machine to dish washer. Kitchen small but well furnished. Very nice view from the terrace. We forgot something and come back to pick it up a few days later. We got very delayed on the way, yet the owner was nice enough to wait for us quite a while to come and collect them.

We had extreme issue with the noise the neighbors were making ALL NIGHT LONG. We are unsure if this was because it was a long weekend and some people were back from the big city and were partying but still - it was ridiculous.
