Fantastic view 2BR1BA in Mel CBD WIFI Balcony

Location was good. Breakfast was not supplied.

Access to the building was terrible. It took more than 50 min to get to the elevator's. 2 of the 3 elevator's were not working. Trying to communicate with the management was difficult. They refuse to answer the phone number required and will only respond to txt message.

The rooms are good size so they are comfortable for groups or family. The location of the apartment is a huge plus, it’s very close to key landmarks, food and public transport. The host provides clear instructions for checking in and out, basically good communication from the host.

The apartment will look better with thorough carpet cleaning and matching mattress size to the bed frame.

This unit is definitely needs some attention and is not five star. One of the beds is a queen size base with a double mattress on top there was a constant beep coming from the wardrobe in the bedroom. The lounge was old and really uncomfortable all stained underneath the cover. The windows were filthy on the inside. The furniture is kmart quality at least definitely not five star. Dining room table only had three of four chairs. Limited crockery and cutlery. Balcony sliding door didn't lock which would be a huge safety risk to anyone with children as the tiny veranda which only houses one chair and little table would make a perfect step ladder for a child to fall over the balcony. The linen was clean but average quality. There was nothing modern about this unit at all. Considering all the copious amounts of rules and regulations I received via email before our stay and the $500.00 security deposit I was expecting something much better. Not to mention the price doesn't reflect the quality of facilities of furnishings. I was extremely disappointed and hope the owners can take all this on board and improve things for future guests.

Not really responsive staff regarding broken remote aircon, but lucky the stay was pretty cold eventho summer

Great location and the view is amazing

Unfortunately the pool was not up and running at the time of our stay. The air conditioning didn’t work so it was very warm in the rooms. The mirror in the bathroom was broken. The couch was very uncomfortable to sit on. Could not sit on for very long as it was too small for an adult.

Comfortable and clean apartment in a very convenient location! Perfect size for the four of us. The host gave clear directions and communication in regards to the property. Would recommend!

The door to the washing machine wouldn’t open, felt like it was stuck at the top. Not a huge deal for us as we weren’t using it but for a longer stay it would probably be annoying. The hand soap in the bathroom was also watered down.
