"OK. Good location, reasonable room, but poor communication for late arrivals."

There was no breakfast. Location of apartment is good.

Key box code was incorrect requiring me to contact the complex manager at around 11.30pm, only to be advised that my booking was not through the complex, but a separate booking agency. I then had to contact a Sydney number after midnight to get the correct key code. My conclusion was that there is a bad lack of communication and advice regarding after hours entry to the apartment. Apartment was quite comfortable but very noisy.
