It's location, it's at the top ,there fore lots of breeze, there's a supermarket a few metres away that's very convenient, the apartment is quiet with civil neighbors.

It was super clean, after every two days they clean the place and change all the sheets. Being on the fifth floor you could barely need an AC. No mosquitoes.

Stayed on the fifth floor going up with heavy language was a hustle would need an elevator. Include more utensils in the kitchen e.g. a chopping board, forks, and breakfast knives.
