The place is lovely and the communal facilities very clean and excellent. The little "mobile" cottages (2 of them), that are separate to the communal facilities, where we stayed, are placed in the gardens and you walk to the communal facilities (about 30 m) from the two cottages. The "mobile" cottage where we stayed were well presented, very clean, linens were lovely and towels were provided. The complex also included, what appear to be, self contained apartments also adjacent the communal facilities. They seemed very nice from the outside. There is also a sauna in the garden area. The communal facilities included a shower and toilet; both of which were clean and very nice. They have coffee/tea for purchase along with alcoholic/non alcoholic beverages that works on an honor system. Its quite a large building. The host was very gracious and lovely.

The "mobile" cottages themselves, where se stayed, have fiberglass roofs and are very hot inside if sun is beating down on them. There is no A/C. So in our case, it only got cooler very late in the evening when the heat dissipated. Other than that, everything else was great.

Erich was very helpful and really nice. The garden is just amazing and the whole place has a really good vibe.

Brigit and Erich are absolutely kind and caring people. Great communication. We have been there for the third time and we will come back again. Everything is perfect. The apartments are furnished in an unconventional but cozy way. It smells wonderful everywhere. The garden is large and well maintained. Even if the apartments and mobile homes are full, everyone has their privacy. The terraces are newly roofed. Everything in the area is within a short driving distance. There is a Dorfmuzeum in Monchhof, we recommend it. Everyone will find things there that they know from childhood. The location is peaceful.

incredible hosts. Erich was like a father- waiting for us, candles and fireplace lighted, willing to help if need, giving advices. the property itself is so nice and unusual as well. thank you!
