Excellent location, very well equipped, comfortable

Very minor but the balcony was very crowded with furniture

Great location! Very close to beach! Very clean and comfortable. Checkin and checkout was super easy with Aubrey. Great welcome basket of wine and oranges. If you have rented a car, you have a parking spot in the garage in the basement. No need for finding street parking. Overall was a great stay.

Perfect location. Great host and he helped us with so much. Loved the welcome fruit basket and wine. Beautiful sea view from the balcony.

Gorgeous seaview, 2 balconies, spacious, clean, helpful staff, homely feel, good TV services, lots of kitchen equipment including the basics to cook with, super kind welcome pack of local goods, handy instructions manual for the apartment, local guide with map and recommendations, free safe and secure parking, a safe, superb location in the centre of Praia da Rocha, with great amenities on ground floor (handy Intermarche supermaket, take away Indian, Hairdressers, etc). Comfortable beds.

I was left without hot water in the shower after a couple of previous showers, so it would be good to be advised that the hot water runs out, as it appears to be a tank and not a combination boiler.
