"I couldn't stay in the facility due to inability to get to the facility."

GPS on the site took me to a place where I was told wasn't the facility, i ended up not using the facility. The number was called and there was no response. That day was terrible for me and i had to arrange an alternative accommodation, the experience was not pleasant at all.
