Absolutely nothing

I have never experienced such disappointment and disrespect from a property owner. The lady accepted our payment but later insulted me and my family, ultimately refusing to open the gate for us. This conduct is unacceptable. She refused to refund the R5,560 I paid, leaving us stranded with young children. This was a deeply distressing experience, and I feel scammed. Even today, I am still fighting to recover the money I paid for accommodation that was never provided.
