We experienced issues the moment we checked in (no heating and power / electric kept tripping for hours). The apartment was style over substance. I'm sure with more bookings & honest feedback/reviews the owners will I'm sure improve so guests don't experience what we had too during our stay. There was no information with regards to bathroom facilities like using the shower and hot water switch, The Estate manager didn't' mention this and we ended having cold showers, no mention that after each shower guest have to wait 15mins for water to get hot again. An inconvenience if not informed about this. More information on booking.com listing that breakfast which is a set menu for all guests and not individually for each guest should they want something different. We only found out about this a few hours prior to checking in. More information or guide book about what's local for guests to explore or visit. Food, local attractions and more. The owners need to make it very clear they require only a cash deposit on booking.com and no option for card deposit which many apartments offer as easier and safer, more convenient.

INWe had a fabulous continental by the waterfall in the garden .
INThe butler’s breakfast made my mornings. I had to travel a lot, and I really got to see the city because of the transport assistance they provided. I will be back soon!

The owner of the property was extremely rude and unpleasant. we decided to extend our stay because of a medical emergency but just lapse of a day as we finalized with the Dr, the landlord cut off internet, changed our breakfast menu to below basics and for our whole stay they invade your privacy. It was very uncomfortable for my old folks.
