Great location. An apartment is very spacious. It's clean and has everything is needed. The bed is really big. We were surprised that so many towels were provided.

Nothing big enough to dislike.

Apartment was clean and well decorated. We really liked it. We have stayed multiple times in Rocha Tower and this was the best apartment so far.

Nothing comes to our mind

we loved everything about the place. it was exactly as described .very well equipped kitchen. very modern. spotlessly clean.Towels and bedding changed during our 10 day stay. Fabulous big comfortable bed. Great location. very Quiet. Great value for money. we thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and will definitely stay here again

Having to leave

It was a stunning property but the reception staff were revolting. The property management company are not on-site which means several trips to their office to collect keys and pay tourists tax.

This is a Portuguese residential area. Not for British tourists. The reception don’t speak English and don’t want you there. The older receptionist spoke to us in the most rudest and disrespectful manner. Embarrassing us in reception. I made a complaint to the tourist company but they didn’t care.

The apartment was spacious and modern, and was well equipped with lots of kitchen utensils and cutlery, coffee machine with a few coffee pods and tea bags, plenty of bath towels and was provided with extra toilet roll, dishwasher and washing machine tablets. We were informed that cleaners would come and change our towels 3 days into our stay and was pleasantly surprised that they had not just changed all of our towels but also made our bed and did a general tidy of the lounge and kitchen area, and made our bed. Exactly what we had hoped for and better and was in a great location right by the beach and strip. No fault of the apartment.

The pool was undergoing maintenance when we stayed here which was a shame but this wasn’t the hosts fault as we booked it way in advance without knowing we couldn’t use the pool.
