Ótimo apartamento com excelentes condições para umas férias de 1 ou 2 semanas. Localização perfeita, dá para fazer tudo a pé. Piscina muito boa.

Difícil estacionar na zona, o que é normal em Agosto na Praia da Rocha, mas existem algumas opções pagas nas proximidades.

Nous avons séjourné dans cet appartement début Août. Les plages sont accessibles à pied ce qui est très pratique. La piscine est très grande. L'appartement est confortable et bien agencé.

Portimao est une ville très touristique, très bitumée avec de nombreuses tours. Pas forcément le plus bel endroit de l'Algarve, même si la plage à l'ouest du Belvédère est plus familiale et très agréable. Le logement n'était pas parfaitement propre à notre arrivée. Le stationnement est plutôt complexe à proximité de l'appartement, mais on a trouvé des solutions et puis les plages étant accessibles à pied cela n'est pas un gros irritant.

To everyone, I want to assure you that staying at CASA DEL LEGUI was the best choice of our holiday, we all felt that we were at home and Mrs alexandra was contactable from the first minute, I truly recommend to anyone, and please leave the apartment as you found it as Mrs. alexandra has everything well looked after and doesn't deserve to get it ruined. The view from the apartment is also excellent and everything works perfectly special the air con (AC) that it was so relaxing as the weather outside was so hot. We liked everything

The location is amazing, it is only 5 minutes walking from Praia da Rocha. I parked my car on Friday and just picked it again on Sunday to leave. Everything is close, restaurants, bars, minimarkets with a great homemade bead at 8am 😉 Even the owner had some issues with the previous person in the apartment, and in 4 hours they cleaned everything like new. It was really good for a family of 3 or 4, sofa bed is big enough for 2 kids, kitchen with full equipment. If you stay more days, you can wash your clothes as well. It was a good value for August and I booked, 1 day in advance.

The only issue, is the pool, you have to pay for your sunbed... should be included if you are renting already one apartment in those 2 towers.

The property was near by the beach, which was good and we could walk for 5 min to the beach

On our arrival to the property at night, I informed the owner that I would be arriving at night. It was shared with me a code to open the door that was not working, I contacted the property owner and no one answered the call, we almost slept on the streets, lucky there was a locked box near by the door, I tried different numbers and combinations and luckily i manage to found out the code, as the code was different from the one to open the door. During my stay the fridge got unplugged we could not moved the fridge to see behind as it’s heavy and we did not know what was going on, we thought that the fridge was faulty, the own of house was contacted and she sent an electrician to the house only after our check out and he notice that was only slightly unplugged that’s way it was not working. After leaving the property she sent me messages on WhatsApp insulting me and saying that the fridge was only unplugged and I am ignorant coz I did not notice it. She was very I unpolite, disrespectful, she was threatening me with the 500 euros property damage. I have to contact the police to see witnessed that there was not property damage. It was a awful experience. I am traumatised. It was my first time in Portimão and I think I will not coming back soon. The cleaner was also very rude and disrespectful.
